(HMG Celebrity News) – After nearly 20 years at NBC, Conan O’Brien’s late-night debut on TBS hosting “Conan” will kick off with
Seth Rogen and musician
Jack White on Monday, Nov. 8, the network has announced. And there will be a yet unannounced guest perhaps as well. Leading up to the highly anticipated debut of the show, simply called “Conan,” O’Brien has been polling his fans at Team Coco, about which special guest they would most like to see on the first episode, with choices ranging from the unlikely such as Vladimir Putin and Pope Benedict XVI, to the unknown Arlene Wagner, curator of the Leavenworth Nutcracker Museum.
Hollywood heavyweight
Jack Nicholson, who has not appeared on a talk show since 1971, was leading in the poll, with
Lady Gaga trailing him in second place.
Tuesday’s show will include guests
Tom Hanks, “30 Rock” regular
Jack McBrayer and reunited grunge band
Soundgarden.
“Mad Men” star Jon Hamm stops by on Wednesday, and Thursday, Conan will greet
Michael Cera and “Modern Family”’s
Julie Bowen.
His new Los Angeles-based show will air Mondays through Thursdays at 11 p.m. Eastern.
