Jessica Simpson Pregnant? Nah, Just Sick

Can't people give Jessica Simpson some credit?
From the moment she got engaged to Eric Johnson, rumors began flying that she bought her own ring and is only trying to keep up with Nick Lachey.
Then, peeps assumed she must be knocked up, a story gaining traction today when she appeared on The Early Show and admitted booting earlier.

Jessica Simpson is not with child. Just with the flu.

Talking to CBS' Harry Smith, she admitted throwing up right before the interview: "I've had better mornings, I admit. I won't let you smell my breath."
It turns out it was just the flu, however. A source close to the newly engaged singer says "She's not pregnant." Explains the insider: "She was just sick."
So, there you go. Her breath is awful, but she's very happy and can't stop gushing over the proposal by Eric Johnson, who loves her anyway. The end.

Several former peers of the 16-year-old have gone on record telling Life & Style that Willow "chugged" vodka at a party took part in a "1 a.m. drug deal."
Surprisingly, Tre is not among the narcs quoted by the tabloid.
Lance Nezaticky says he watched Willow Palin take part in a late-night drug deal in a deserted Target parking lot in her hometown of Wasilla, Alaska.
He watched as a male driver pulled up, with Willow riding shotgun. The driver bought $20 worth of marijuana, says Nezaticky, then handed it to Willow.
"It was definitely her," Nezaticky says. "There's no question. I had met her before."
After buying roughly two grams of pot, Willow and her companion drove off. "Willow had been told that the pot was really good stuff," Nezaticky recalls.
Another peer, Matt Scott, shockingly reveals that in October 2009, Willow hid herself away at a party and took swigs straight from a bottle of liquor.
Truly staggering revelations, these.
Imran Chaudhry, who was also at the party, confirms an underage Willow was guzzling vodka: "I saw her drinking from a bottle of Monarch," he says.
"She was chugging it pretty hard."
Hey, what's she gonna do, sip that crap?

Taylor Swift went Back to December at last night's American Music Awards.
The country singer picked up a major trophy and also serenaded fans with a rendition of one of her "Speak Now" singles. What did you think of the performance?

David Arquette Parties in Miami, Denies Flipping of Any Lids

Yes, David Arquette partied in Miami all weekend, living it up at the Fontainebleau, dancing the night away at LIV nightclub and being "surrounded by women" all evening, a witness reports.
And, yes, the recently-separated actor Tweeted photos of himself in Florida, including one of him with a male friend that reads "Enjoying a little gay dance [party]."
And, okay, Jasmine Waltz went on record last week with a less-than-flattering description of her time in bed with Arquette.
Still, the actor has a message for everyone: CHILL.

"I know people think I've flipped my lid but I haven't," Arquette Tweeted Saturday. "I'm cool. Listen to Bob Marley's "Soul Rebel" you'll know where I'm comin' from."

Jessica Simpson Recalls Eric Johnson Proposal

Tears of joy. They flowed from the face of Jessica Simpson after Eric Johnson, her boyfriend of less than six months, proposed to her November 11.
Opening up about her recent engagement during a Monday appearance on The Early Show, Simpson called Johnson's proposal "a total surprise."
"I had to sit on his knee; I was too shocked to really get what was happening."

Eric Johnson will soon become Mr. Jessica Simpson.

What was her reaction when Johnson, a Yale graduate and former NFL tight end, presented her with a ruby, diamond and gold Neil Lane sparkler?
"I first said 'Yes!'" Simpson told Harry Smith, giggling. "I didn't even try the ring on for 5 minutes," she adds. "I just sat there and cried with him."
Guess she didn't pay for it herself then.
She says she loves that Johnson went the unconventional route with her new sparkler, choosing the ruby, her birthstone, to make it stand out.
"I've already done the traditional thing," she sniffed of her ring from first husband Nick Lachey, who's also newly engaged to Vanessa Minnillo.
"I wanted to do something that was different."
She says Eric "had a plan a long time ago" to propose. "He had a [sit-down] with my mom and dad about it... He was a gentleman about it."
Eric is "the best man in my life... He is really thoughtful. Keeps me very centered. [He always] makes me feel like my feet are on the ground.'"
"He's the most special part of my life and my day."
